# Monthly and enterprise billing

> Subscribe to the monthly plan from Billing, manage it in the billing portal, or arrange an annual enterprise agreement.

Owners can subscribe to the 5 Table Pairs plan month to month from
Billing, or arrange an annual enterprise agreement for larger capacity.
Plan sizes and the trial are described on
[Plans and trial](/licensing-and-activation); annual plans on Microsoft
Marketplace are on [Buy on Microsoft Marketplace](/buy-on-microsoft-marketplace).

## Subscribe monthly in the app

The 5 Table Pairs plan is also available month to month through Stripe
Checkout. Only Owners can start checkout or open the billing portal.

1. Open **Billing**.
2. Select the monthly plan in Choose a self-serve plan.
3. Click **Continue to checkout** and review the price in Stripe Checkout
   before subscribing.
4. Enter your business name, the billing contact's full name, and your billing
address, then add a payment method and complete checkout. Use your legal
business name; a business tax ID is optional.
5. Return to Billing. Paid access begins once payment is confirmed; refresh
   the page to check.

Stripe saves these billing details to your Stripe customer record, not to
General Validation, and card and bank details are entered only on Stripe-hosted
pages. Checkout accepts cards and ACH Direct Debit from a US bank account. ACH
is a delayed payment method: completing checkout does not start paid access
while the payment is pending, verification and bank processing can take several
business days, and paid access starts once the payment clears. Your trial stays
available in the meantime, and an incomplete or failed first payment leaves the
trial unchanged.

After the subscription is active, Billing shows Provider as Stripe and
offers **Manage subscription**, which opens the Stripe billing portal to update
your payment method, view invoices, or cancel at the end of the paid period.
The portal does not change plans; to move to an annual plan, use Microsoft
Marketplace or an enterprise agreement and contact support first so the
subscriptions do not overlap. If a renewal payment fails, Billing shows
Access is in a grace period with the date under Grace ends; an Owner
should contact support before that date. Cancelling does not delete your
Organization, and a cancelled subscription can be purchased again.

## Enterprise annual agreements

An enterprise agreement is an annual plan tailored to your Organization,
including capacity beyond the listed plans. You sign an order form outside the
app that states the term, the annual amount, payment terms, and renewal and
cancellation terms, and you then receive a customer-specific invoice link to
pay the year in advance. Paid access begins once the order form is signed and
the first invoice is paid. Annual agreements are not available in self-serve
checkout. To start, click **Contact us about enterprise** under
