# Cloud Dataset Pair capacity exceeded

> Resolve billing.pair_capacity_exceeded in General Validation.

`billing.pair_capacity_exceeded` · billing

The organization has reached its configured Dataset Pair capacity. Existing Pairs and Runs remain available, but another Pair cannot be created.

If the problem continues, contact [support](mailto:support@generalvalidation.com) with the error code and request or Run ID. Keep source rows, exact values, credentials, and evidence files in your Azure environment.
