# Invalid pagination parameters

> Resolve pagination.invalid in General Validation.

`pagination.invalid` · request

The pagination parameters or cursor are invalid. Use the documented limits and return the nextCursor value unchanged with the same filters and sort order.

If the problem continues, contact [support](mailto:support@generalvalidation.com) with the error code and request or Run ID. Keep source rows, exact values, credentials, and evidence files in your Azure environment.
