# Preflight failed

> Resolve preflight.failed in General Validation.

`preflight.failed` · run

A required configuration or access check failed before the Run could start. Review the safe diagnostics and resolve the reported issue before retrying.

If the problem continues, contact [support](mailto:support@generalvalidation.com) with the error code and request or Run ID. Keep source rows, exact values, credentials, and evidence files in your Azure environment.
