# Incomplete result delivery

> Resolve result_callback.delivery_mismatch in General Validation.

`result_callback.delivery_mismatch` · run

The delivered result summaries could not be confirmed as complete and consistent. Review the Run status and contact support with the Run ID before accepting its outcome.

If the problem continues, contact [support](mailto:support@generalvalidation.com) with the error code and request or Run ID. Keep source rows, exact values, credentials, and evidence files in your Azure environment.
