# Data store unreachable during execution

> Resolve run.execution.unreachable in General Validation.

`run.execution.unreachable` · run

The execution factory's managed identity could not reach a source or sink data store for the dataset (network restrictions, firewall, or a private-endpoint-only store). Check the store's network rules from the execution factory.

If the problem continues, contact [support](mailto:support@generalvalidation.com) with the error code and request or Run ID. Keep source rows, exact values, credentials, and evidence files in your Azure environment.
