# Result ingestion failed

> Resolve run.ingestion.failed in General Validation.

`run.ingestion.failed` · run

The validation executed, but General Validation could not process its result. Retry if eligible; if the problem persists, contact support.

If the problem continues, contact [support](mailto:support@generalvalidation.com) with the error code and request or Run ID. Keep source rows, exact values, credentials, and evidence files in your Azure environment.
