# Run blocked in preflight

> Resolve run.preflight.failed in General Validation.

The run failed a preflight check before submission to ADF.

If the problem continues, contact [support](mailto:support@generalvalidation.com) with the error code and request or Run ID. Keep source rows, exact values, credentials, and evidence files in your Azure environment.
