# Run is still in progress

> Resolve run.retry_not_terminal in General Validation.

`run.retry_not_terminal` · run

A retry run can only be created from a run that has finished. Wait for the source run to reach a terminal state.

If the problem continues, contact [support](mailto:support@generalvalidation.com) with the error code and request or Run ID. Keep source rows, exact values, credentials, and evidence files in your Azure environment.
