# Run status could not be read

> Resolve run.status_unavailable in General Validation.

`run.status_unavailable` · run

General Validation could not retrieve the final Run status from Azure Data Factory. The Azure execution may have finished independently. Review the factory's Run history and contact support before resubmitting validation.

If the problem continues, contact [support](mailto:support@generalvalidation.com) with the error code and request or Run ID. Keep source rows, exact values, credentials, and evidence files in your Azure environment.
