/api/v1/organization-invitations:accept
Redeems the newest unexpired pending invitation whose address matches the signed-in account’s directory-asserted user principal name or email, creating or reactivating that account’s membership with the invited role. The directory itself was verified when the Organization was activated; no invitation token is exchanged. An already active member receives its membership back with 200. Requires a delegated GV.Access token for a work or school account in the signed-in Microsoft Entra directory; no Organization role is required.
